Flange sizing - $25
Did you know, most people are using the incorrect size flange when using a pump to express milk? Industry standard sizes are 24 or 28mm but the majority of people who use a pump actually should be using a less than 20mm* size pump flange!
Book a flange sizing consult with me and I will use a scientifically researched method of sizing your nipples to find the best fitting flange possible to make your pumping experience more enjoyable and less of a chore.

*Of course not everybody. Everybody’s body is different which is why accurate sizing is important.

What does a 1:1 consult involve?
60 MINUTES INCLUDES -
A discussion of what you expect from me.
A thorough discussion of your health history including your pregnancy, general health, birth, childhood issues, injuries or surgeries (much of this is covered on my client intake form you will fill out prior to your appointment).
Goal setting (your goals are my goals!).
Individualised care plan to be emailed to you same day (which could include, for example, an expressing schedule if that is relevant to your reason for seeing me).
Text support follow up for 2 weeks (this could be email or actual text messages, whichever suits you best, with time-of-day boundaries in place).
A discounted follow up appointment to see how the plan is going, if goals need to be reassessed, etc.
My services are for you if…
You need someone to use your correct pronouns
You need someone who cares about what YOU want your body parts to be called
You need someone who isn’t going to shame you for your infant feeding choices, whatever they may be
You need someone who knows their way around a pump
You need infant feeding help of any kind (chest, body, breast, formula, pump, bottle, cup, syringe, list goes on…)
You have been dismissed or disrespected by other health professionals
You need someone who won’t let their ego stand in the way of referring you on to someone else if they don’t know the answer or feel you need more intensive help than they can offer
You don’t actually know what you need yet
My services are NOT for you if: you use slurs, you invalidate other people’s lifestyle and choices, you are a bigot.
If you aren’t ready or don’t need a individual consultation, I have heaps of free educational content on my social media platforms and blog, and some low cost items in my store.
Pricing
Accessibility is one of my core values here at The Milk Route and I’m doing my best to make sure my pricing reflects that.
I have tiered pricing (a ‘pay what you can’ option) or payment plans available. If you require either of these options please select the relevant option when you submit the booking inquiry form (or tell me if booking via email or social media).
Please note that travel fees may be incurred.
Flange sizing consults
This service will take at least half an hour, and full price is $25. See service description by scrolling back to the top of this page to see what is included.
PWYC:
Level 1 - $6.25
Level 2 - $12.50
Level 3 - $18.75
Travel fees
For home visits within 30km of Dayboro town centre is no cost.
Every 10km added will incur a $5 travel fee. So if you are 50km from Dayboro town centre, there will be an added $10 travel fee for wear and tear on my car, and fuel costs.
There are no travel fees for virtual appointments.
Payment plans
If you can pay full price but not all at once, or if all 4 of my PWYC spots have been taken up, I have a payment plan as an option.
This can be worked out with you in person depending on what you can pay each week.
This option requires a non-refundable deposit of the Level 1 PWYC amount at the time of booking.

Level 1 - $21.25

Pay what you can (PWYC) pricing
I have three levels at which you can pay for either service options as a ‘pay what you can’ model. Level 1 is 25% of full price, Level 2 is 50% of full price and Level 3 is 75% of full price (then of course, full price).
I have 4 spots available each month for this pricing model.
